Fast Park & Relax
Launched as Airport Fast Park in the early 1980s, Chavez Properties initiated a major rebranding project for our near-airport parking portfolio in 2002. We recognized an opportunity to fill a void in the marketplace by transforming airport parking from a commodity purchase decision into a differentiated value proposition. The Fast Park & Relax (“Fast Park”) brand was born and soon became one of the nation’s largest near-airport parking and transportation companies, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
Parking and airport ground transportation are an integral segment of the travel experience. Fast Park puts customer service at the center of the parking experience, investing in our people, processes, and technology to create a service that puts guests first. Online reservations, car-to-terminal shuttle service, EV Charging Stations, emergency car care services, and Express Lane exits are just a handful of reasons Fast Park is a leading near-airport parking provider at some of the nation’s busiest airports. Fast Park’s guest engagement – whether with 24/7, onsite guest ambassadors, through our Relax for Rewards program, or on our active online channels – makes us a trusted travel partner to thousands of guests each day.

Park Place is an urban parking company founded in 1964 under the name Parking Company of America (PCA). As one of the largest privately held parking companies in the U.S. – overseeing thousands of parking spaces within multi-level facilities and surface lots – we customize our approach to parking management to optimize investment, build high-performance operations, and maximize revenue.
Leveraging decades of expertise as both a property owner and parking operator, Park Place invests in advanced technology to enhance customer engagement while utilizing business models that provide a strong return on investment. Beyond traditional parking operations management, we accelerate publicly owned parking assets, manage large-scale event parking and valet services, and provide consultative support on parking asset management.
Park Place also enables interim use of Chavez Properties-owned land that is being held for sale or internal development. Chavez Properties has bought and sold millions of square feet of Central Business District (CBD) land around the country and had once been the largest private landowner in the Dallas CBD with over 1 million sq. ft. Many of our properties become high-profile developments, such as the Hard Rock Casino in Cincinnati, the Convention Center Hotel in Dallas, and the Nationwide Arena in Columbus.
