Chavez Properties recently purchased 29 acres of land near the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) to expand the national footprint of its off-airport parking portfolio. Pittsburgh Fast Park will introduce the company’s signature service to the market near the airport. The facility will feature more than 2,500 parking spaces and all the hallmarks of the Fast Park brand, including free car-to-terminal shuttle service, luggage assistance, a robust rewards program, and more. Chavez Properties also will invest in an environmentally friendly geothermal heating system at the facility as part of its ongoing efforts to reduce the company’s carbon footprint. Pittsburgh Fast Park will be the company’s 17^th facility in the portfolio, which serves some of the nation’s busiest airports.

Pittsburgh Fast Park is expected to break ground soon and open in the fall of 2023.
