Chavez Properties expanded its assets near Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport with the purchase of properties located at 5144 and 5150 S. Third Street. The two buildings, which collectively total nearly 36,000 square feet, currently are being used as warehouse space for three tenants.

Chavez Properties owns and operates the airport’s leading offsite airport parking provider, Milwaukee Fast Park & Relax, which sits adjacent to the properties acquired on March 16.    

This latest acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term investment strategy and expands its real estate portfolio, which includes ownership of more than 20 million square feet of land surrounding airports in 14 markets across the United States.
