Chavez Properties Digitizes Parking Assets
Invests more than $2 million to enhance airport and urban parking infrastructures
September 2023 – Cincinnati, OH – Chavez Properties, a leader in near-airport and urban parking, is digitizing its parking assets to optimize operations while enhancing the customer experience. In collaboration with Flash, the largest cloud-native parking technology platform, Chavez Properties will transition its Fast Park & Relax and Park Place brands to integrated software solutions beginning late summer.
The new technology will first roll out to the company’s off-airport parking portfolio, starting with the Fast Park & Relax location serving the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Its urban parking operations and 15 remaining off-airport parking facilities, which serve some of the nation’s busiest airports, will implement the cloud technology throughout the coming year.

Platform enhancements will include pre-paid reservations, faster transaction times, license-plate recognition technology and rewards program integration, among others.
